No Deadline is a Gothenburg-based performing arts duo consisting of Toby Kassell and Ingeborg Zackariassen. Their artistic work stems from methods of improvisation and creative strategies, and takes on different expressions in response to each process and each context. In collaboration with other artists, No Deadline critically examines relationships and hierarchies between art forms, with the aim of creating opportunities for ideas to wander in new directions, as reshaped, transformed entities.

Crunch Crisis is an improvised art piece using movement, sound, written and spoken word as vessels to convey streams of consciousness. Different costumes point towards associative visual situations in a playful, yet tragic collage of our failing attempts to make sense of the world. The throwing of dice and drawing of cards determine the performers’ actions in this live choreographic composition, which reflects questions of free will and opens up for questions about our contemporary democracies.
